  • Spring 2006

This pedestrian-oriented retail development in the neighborhood of Wedgwood is designed as a modern interpretation of the traditional main street building found in neighborhoods throughout Seattle. The materials of brick, steel, glass and concrete masonry units are chosen for their enduring, low maintenance qualities. Careful attention to design details such as the cantilevered steel canopies and the signage integrated with the structure create value and identity for the project.
