This retail and light industrial project was designed to take advantage of the
client's vision to create economical, low maintenance structures suitable for small businesses. As commercial condominiums
the spaces were required to be easily modified for future tenants needs. The location in
south Seattle's industrial neighborhood provides context for the materials and simple character of the structures.
By using common warehouse vernacular we were able to work with the manufacturer of pre-engineered steel buildings
to control construction costs and ensure build quality.
