This project was designed to create and define additional outdoor living space. The site is on a steeply sloped greenbelt in the Columbia City neighborhood here in Seattle. Gist Architecture created a multi-level solution with new access routes to and from the house. The deck creates a new outdoor eating area, a semi-private retreat within the greenbelt, and a second level deck with access to the lower levels.
