Located in South Lake Union this existing warehouse was designed for 36 urban loft apartments.
Extensive structural modifications were required to preserve the exterior shell of the building
while seismically upgrading the core in order to accommodate two new levels above the existing
building. For the interior we preserved the raw, unfinished character of the warehouse while
adding modern materials and amenities. Project was placed on hold in 2008.
